I am interested in getting what would normally be a Chinese dragon dance folk festival celebration costume where the 3 or 4 people hold a pole. What I want is a fish head instead of a dragon head. We are a children's group home and we are having a play as a fundraiser and the story is a "fish tale". Can this be made? What would it cost? Thanks!
