1) Will womens 10-12 top and bottom in Purple velvet fit loosely if my waist is 36in? I do not want it tight. I am 5ft. 3in.
2) Can I get a black & purple satin sash, black (on one side) and purple (on other side) long sash that can wrap the waist twice to match?
3) If I purchase today can I possibly receive it by September 27th for a tournament on October 1st?
