The waistband I would like would have two parts: The first part would droop down and would look like ibb.co/0MBdnY7 but with the white color on the current dress. The second part would be layered on top of the first and would be indentical to the current waistband. So that the first part would be mostly hidden except the edge of it and the drooping part, which would be visible.
Is this possible?
Also, I have decided and would like the top and bottom to be connected.
